Ginna participates in a wide variety of roles as the Vice President - Finance at Zynik Capital Corporation. In addition to managing the internal control policies, legal compliance, IP management, and financial reporting of the firm and its portfolio companies, she also involves in a number of complex and uniquely structured transactions involving corporate restructuring, seed to bridge stage financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate financial strategies. Prior to that, Ginna has served as Controller at a technological start-up. Combining her accounting and engineering background, she oversaw the accounting and corporate functions of the start-up and led a series of clinical trials.

Ginna is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). She holds a master degree in Electrical Engineering (MASc) from the University of British Columbia, a Paralegal Certificate (Corporate) from the Vancouver Community College, and a second master degree in Investigative and Forensic Accounting (MFAcc) from the University of Toronto. She is in the pursuit of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) designation. 

Outside of work, Ginna is an active volunteer in various local charities and accounting bodies. Significant roles include the Board President of Richmond Music School Society, Board Member of Mitacs, and past Committee Member of the CPABC Investigation Committee. She is a trained pianist and holds the diplomas of Associate of the Royal Conservatory of Toronto (ARCT), Licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music (LRSM), and Licentiate of the Trinity College London (LTCL), all in piano performance.

In addition, Ginna was recognized as a Dean's List Scholar in 2017 for her outstanding academic accomplishments throughout her graduate studies in the MFAcc program.
