Linda's photoLinda is the Chief Financial Officer and Director General – Corporate Services, of the Canada Council for the Arts, a federal crown corporation.  With more than 20-year of experience working for the United Nations and the Canadian Federal public sector, Linda is a dynamic, experienced senior executive with a great sense of service to clientele who is results oriented and who possesses extensive experience in the areas of audit, forensic accounting/auditing and investigations.

She recently joined the Canada Council for the Arts as its Chief Financial Officer, after spending the last few years working for the Office of the Auditor General of Canada, leading its Forensic Audit Practice. She also had the opportunity to work with the United Nations through the course of 2013 and 2014, leading some significant forensic projects in the Middle East.

Linda is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA), a licensed auditor and holds her Diploma in Investigative and Forensic Accounting (CA•IFA). She is also a Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Forensic Investigator (CFI).
